Great 2/3 Acre Lot that's walking distance to Costco! Can't beat this location at the back of Cederview with a 337+/-ft deep lot. Home is really a fixer or more likely a tear-it-downer. Some rooms are OK but half are #*&@. It's a 1976 and no HUD stickers so probably not worth rehabbing but the large lot and location make this a great place to build. White River schools.
