The moorage dock is secure with your gate key while condo owners overlook the boat slips & lake beyond. Your slip includes electrical connection, water and lighting. There is also a sewage dump station available on-site with bathroom & temporary lockers in the community building. One parking pass is included in your ownership. Annual rentals ok.
