The owner of this floating home is a sailor and, without a doubt, the most “ship-shape” home we've ever seen. Everything has a place and a purpose which is the best way to maximize 980 square feet. Beautiful vaulted ceilings continue up to the primary bedroom. The huge untapped potential in the attic space is simply fantastic. We love the functional creative spaces and storage that exists all around like the closet turned office and the washer/dryer closet has a clothesline. On demand H2O, gleaming hardwood floors, and recycled glass kitchen backsplash from a local glass company. Before taking a walk down the upgraded dock, enjoy the seasonal garden which adds a nice welcome home. There is even extra storage in the on-shore building.
