Deer come through the property regularly, coyote often, & bears once in a while. Numerous species of birds (including raptors) make their homes here. Just a 10-minute walk to the ocean. No HOA, however, a yearly assessment of $175 is due to the Ocean Shores Community Club (NOT optional). Benefits include 5 areas located in various areas of the peninsula.
