The North Forest Apartments is a 20-unit apartment complex that consists of four, three story, five-unit buildings. Each building has three tuck-under parking spots, ample open parking, and an on-site laundry facility. 13 of the 20 units have been remodeled with high-end finishes including quartz counter tops, new cabinets and mill work, lighting fixtures, and updated appliances. The buildings have been exceptionally well cared for and have recently been repainted and re-roofed. Although not currently zoned for a redevelopment project, the buildings sit on oversized lots that could potentially be redeveloped in the future.
