Another ROOST home sold. This SMALL Roost home lives much larger than one would imagine. Surrounded by your most favorite things (which is the result of the editing needed to live small), joy abounds. Dinner parties were had inside and outside this home; around the indoor/outdoor fireplace whenever possible. Holidays were celebrated and the volume of the great room was filled with raucous conversation. Overnight guests easily accommodated with the bedroom up and bedroom down, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen can accommodate multiple cooks in a friendly sort of way, and it did. Designed and developed by Jeb and Belinda Thornburg, they were very grateful to have spent time simply living here.
