Tired old doublewide rehabbed in 2008 but been a rental since and needs a new round of TLC! Newer roof, vinyl windows, kitchen & bath cabinets, & lighting (all from 2008) but needs just about everything else. Built in June 1976 with solid foundation, tiedowns, & HUD tags, it WILL qualify for financing but must be rehab loan (prefer cash.) Rapidly improving area close to Manette, ferries, & downtown Bremerton, this could be a great starter or rental again (was $1100/mo.) Don't wait!
