This is a small Cabin built for off grid living with composting toilet and water catchment system. There is water and power at the building site if you want to hook up. The 3 bedroom septic is installed but not hooked up. Great for recreation or to use while building your home. There are two out buildings for storage or extra living space. The owners have done all the hard work you just need to bring your ideas or come camp and enjoy the Port Townsend area with festivals, public beaches and farmers markets.
